At Apex, we treat every patient with the same care and attention as we would our own family. Our team is specially trained in pediatrics, prenatal, and family care, and our office environment is thoughtfully created to accommodate the needs of both children and their families.

Expertly Trained, World-Class Care

Drs. Jared and Kirsten met in chiropractic school in 2015. They started dating about a year later and began dreaming of what the future would look like serving their communities. They were married in 2018 (the day before graduation), and moved cross country from Dallas. They signed their lease and officially opened Apex Chiropractic in January 2019.

To this day, Drs. Jared and Kirsten prioritize continued learning and certifications to enhance their expertise and provide the highest quality care. Their commitment allows us to better serve our community and uphold our mission of cultivating a culture that values and prioritizes health for all families.

    Dr. Kirsten Spitz, DC

    Meet Dr. Kirsten! She is a PNW native with a big family. She followed in her brother and sister-in-law’s footsteps to become a Nervous System Focused Chiropractor! Her mission is to empower families to make educated decisions in their health, from babies all the way to grandma and grandpa. In her spare time she runs a sourdough business, teaches birth classes, loves spending time with her husband and kiddos, and enjoys being anywhere there is sunshine!

    Dr. Jared Spitz, DC

    Meet Dr. Jared! He was born and raised in Oklahoma before moving to Texas to attend chiropractic school, where he met the love of his life Kirsten. Before Dr. Jared started Apex Chiropractic with Dr. Kirsten, he was a Captain in the Army serving 8 years in the Oklahoma National Guard. He has a passion for serving families, especially the kiddos. In his free time, Dr. Jared loves the outdoors, bowhunting, mountain climbing and spending time with his wife and kids.

    Karyn Link, Office Manager

    Meet Karyn! She is our office manager / front desk coordinator / keeps-the-show-running team member! If you’ve been in or around the office, she’s the face that greets you and answers all our scheduling questions. She’s also our baby snuggler extraordinaire and truly makes everyone feel at home at Apex. We truly don’t know what we would do without her!

    Meet Payton! She is our HRV, EMG and Thermal INSiGHT Scan pro! When she's not performing neurological scans, her attention to detail and hard work ethic keep the show running behind the scenes. In her spare time, Payton loves to ride horses and spend time in nature! We are so grateful that she is a part of the Apex team!

    Meet Kayla! She is the mastermind behind all of our marketing materials and social media accounts. You may see her around the office with her two kids in tow! When she’s not posting reels or editing newsletters, you can find Kayla reading, designing, and living / loving life as a mama!
