At Apex, we utilize a variety of adjusting techniques throughout care. Both Drs. Kirsten and Jared are certified in Webster Technique, Torque Release Technique, MC2, are PX Pro Pediatric certified, and have received the Pediatric and Family Chiropractic Care Certification of Proficiency.

As a husband and wife team, Drs. Kirsten and Jared work together to offer unified and holistic care. Practice members may be seen by either doctor at any one of their appointments. A team-based care approach allows for multiple perspectives, insight and support!

Whether you are trying to conceive or are already pregnant, having a nervous system that is clear and connected creates an optimal environment for a comfortable and healthy pregnancy. When your body is in balance as you undergo this significant body transformation, a healthy nervous system by means of consistent chiropractic care allows for optimized position, growth, healing and connection with the newest member of your family. Both Drs. Kirsten and Jared have extensive knowledge in the perinatal field, are Webster-certified perinatal chiropractors and can also help guide you in a care direction to fit your particular wants and needs for your birth team. Dr. Kirsten even does house calls in labor too!

Since significant neurospinal trauma can occur during or prior to birth, many families choose to have their newborns checked after birth. And contrary to some belief, the adjustments are incredibly gentle — in fact, most of our newborns sleep through their whole visit! No cracking, twisting, or popping involved! We’re trained specifically to safely care for your precious new child... using just the pressure you would use to check the ripeness of an avocado.

We know that kids don’t “grow out” of things, they grow in to them. What starts out as a hard labor, torticollis, and problems latching can then trickle to things like colic, sleeplessness, as well as missed and delayed milestones. As they get older, we see kiddos who dealt with these issues grow into things like ADD, ADHD, OCD, ODD, etc. Our hearts are here for your family and it’s our greatest honor to serve them. Both Drs. Jared and Kirsten have extensive knowledge in the pediatric field, and have taken additional training and formal courses through The Pediatric Experience and the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association to improve their care.
